General Terms and Conditions

(The following General Terms and Conditions comprise of statutory information on their rights in accordance with provisions on contracts in distant selling and electronic business transactions.)

1. Jurisdiction

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all deliveries from HaushaltsRobotic Manuel Kloiber with consumers (§ 13 BGB – German Civil Code).

2. Contractual partners

The sales contract is concluded with HaushaltsRobotic Manuel Kloiber, owner: Manuel Kloiber, Talstraße 26, 68259 Mannheim.

3. Offer and conclusion of contract

3.1 The illustration of products in the online shop doesn’t represent a legally binding offer but it merely an invitation to make an order. Errors expected.


3.2 By clicking on the button "Order" you are undertaking a binding order for the goods listed on the order page. The sales contract is concluded after we accept your order with an order confirmation via email soon after receiving your order.

4. Right of revocation

4.1 Consumers have a two week right of revocation.

You are able to send your contractual declaration of revocation within 14 days without stating reasons in text form (e.g. letter, email) or - if the product is provided to you before expiry of the term - by sending the product back. The period starts with the receipt of the instruction in text form though not before the delivery of products to the recipient (in case of recurring delivery of same type of products not before delivery of first part delivery) and also not before the fulfilment of our obligation to inform in accordance with Article 246 § 2 in conjunction with § 1 subparagraph 1 and 2 EGBGB as well as our obligations in accordance with § 312g subparagraph 1 sentence 1 BGB in conjunction with Article 246 § 3 EGBGB.


In order to adhere to the revocation period it suffices to timely send the revocation or return the product. The revocation should be sent to:

Revocation consequences

In case of an effective revocation both parties are obliged to return the received services/goods and hand over any uses (e.g. interest). As far as it is not possible to return the received services/goods and uses (e.g. benefits of use) or only in part or in a worse condition then you are obliged to provide value replacement. You are only obliged to provide value replacement as far as the use or deterioration of the product has gone beyond the common testing of the characteristics and functionality. The definition of “testing of the characteristics and functionality“ is to be understood as the testing or trying out of the respective product as one would usually do in the shop. Products that are capable of being shipped are to be sent back at our risk. You generally have to pay the usual costs for the return delivery if the delivered product corresponds with the order and the price for sending back the product doesn’t exceed 40 Euros or in case of a higher product price at the time of the revocation you have not rendered the consideration or contractually agreed part payment. Else the return delivery is free of charge for you. Products which can’t be shipped will be picked up. Obligations of reimbursing payments must be made within 30 days. The period begins with sending of the revocation or product, for us with the receipt.

4.2 The right of revocation does not apply to the delivery of software as far as the media has been unsealed (e.g. software CD where the cellophane cover has been opened).

4.3 Please avoid damages and contamination. If possible send the goods back in the original packaging with all accessories and all packaging parts. If necessary please wrap in a protective secondary packaging. In case you don’t have the original packaging from Haushalts Robotic then please ensure you use appropriate packaging that offers sufficient protection against transport damages.

4.4 Please send the goods back as an insured package and keep the deposit receipt. We will gladly reimburse you the postage costs in advance as far as you don’t have to pay them yourself.

4.5 Before return please call us via following phone number 0049 (0)621-31972680 to give us prior notice of return delivery. This enables us a swift assignment of the products.

4.6 Please note that the modalities mentioned in paragraphs 4.3 to 4.5 are not conditions for an effective exercise of the right of revocation.

5. Prices and delivery costs

5.1 The stated prices on the on the product pages include the statutory VAT/sales tax and other price components.

5.2 In addition to the stated prices we charge for all deliveries in Germany a flat sum of 5.90 € for each order. From an order value of 100.00 € or more we don’t charge any delivery costs within Germany and deliver free of charge.

When delivered as cash on delivery we don’t make any additional charge within Germany. For cash on delivery a fee of 2 Euros is charged that the deliverer charges on delivery. No other taxes or costs are incurred. The delivery costs are clearly indicated on the product pages, in the shopping cart system and on the order page.

6. Delivery

6.1 Delivery within Germany is only done with Hermes, DHL, GLS, UPS or DPD.

6.2 The delivery time can be up to 5 working days. Any deviation from this delivery period is noted on the respective product pages.

7. Payment

7.1 Payment is made either cash in advance, cash on delivery, invoice, PayPal, credit card or via sofortueberweisung.de.

7.2 Should cash in advance be selected then we will provide our bank details in the order confirmation and delivery will be made on receipt of payment. In case of credit card payment the credit card account is charged with the conclusion of the order.

7.3 There is only a right to off-set if your counterclaim has been legally established by a court of law or is undisputed or has been recognised by us in writing.

7.4 You are only able to exercise your right of retention as far as the claims result from the same contractual relationship.

8. Retention of title

Until full payment has been received the goods remain our property.

9. Warranty

The warranty is in accordance with statutory requirements. Any defects that arise during the statutory warranty period of two years give you the legal right of supplementary performance (your choice: remedy of defect or new delivery) and – in case of statutory requirements – the legal rights of diminution or withdrawal as well as compensation entitlements.
